These pieces are just that... Doodles!
I don't know where these ideas come from, but I really have fun making them.

Each image is about 3" x 4" on 100% rag paper about 5" x 8".

Mostly ink drawings, some with marker and/or colored pencil. I draw them at my studio, traveling or home watching TV at night.

These are original illustrations from some of my books. They are full color (ink, colored pencil, marker) on 100% rag paper.

The paper size is about 11" x 15" and the images are about 8" x 9".

I started this series mid 2008 after I moved into my new studio. When I was in college I always thought I'd be a fine artist, however, I am delighted and grateful I found my way into the children's book world.

Nevertheless, I am excited about these drawings I am working on for a gallery show in 2010.

The art is mixed media on 100% rag paper approximately 20" x 24" in size, with an image area of about 16" x 18"
